Using the needle-turn applique technique, students will create a tree and learn how to add skinny branches to the tree trunk.
Add in some Broderie Perse [motifs cut from fabric] to help design flowers, birds, leaves, and more, and watch the creativity take on a life of its own. Each student will find that they are limited only by their own imagination.
For the kit fee of $50, Dena will provide for each student absolutely everything they need, except for scissors and a pencil to make a 21 x 24 inch block. Just show up, learn, and be inspired to create.
