Our quilt show will be held at First Christian Church’s Christian Life Center March 22-23, 2024.

Entry Forms

Sherry Gary is ready to accept your entry forms.  You can find the entry form at www.qgetx.org. Members may enter three (3) quilts with no entry fee.  Members may enter additional quilts by paying an entry fee.  Due to space available it may be necessary to limit the number of quilt entries.  Get your entry in early.

Silent Auction

Thank you for creating a silent auction item.   Some Items Guild members might consider donating:

1.     All kinds of Bags, from Bitsy to Ruler bags

2.      toddler/baby items – including soft stuffed animals, quilts, clothing

3.     Themed items –

a.     for kitchen – placemats, napkins, table runners, etc.

b.     bathrooms – travel bags with necessities

c.      bedrooms/living rooms – pillows, wall hangings.

d.     sewing room – baskets with jelly rolls, charm packs, fat quarters, sewing notions, iron, rulers, etc. – some could be specialty items or color themed fabric.

e.     Specialty clothing items - embroidered shirts, etc.

4.      Embroidery items – pictures, etc.

5.     Seasonal items

6.     Lap quilts

7.     Wreaths

Anything you might like to bid on yourself.

You may turn your silent auction item into Pat Graham or Lanie Shrink at meetings, or Rhonda Reuter at Crafts and Quilting.  Suggesting projects of Fair Market Value of no less than $40.00. The Entry form for Your Silent Auction item is found (here).

Raffle Tickets

If you have paid your dues, you should pick up 12 raffle tickets (2 sheets of tickets) from Maresa Campbell.  Pick up extra tickets to sell while you are visiting with Maresa.  Every raffle ticket sold increases the profit of the quilt show. 

Donation of Raffle Ticket Proceed will go to Charity.  Vote on your charity (here)
