Night Group Block Lottery

We're having a monthly block lottery. Each month at the night guild meeting, we'll pass out a color scheme and instructions for a block. You'll bring back your finished block or blocks the following month. You'll receive one chance to win with each block you bring. We'll draw for one winner of all the blocks. We hope to have enough participation so that the winner will receive 12 blocks, enough for a small quilt.

You may do whatever you want with the blocks you win. We'd like to see them at a meeting made into a top or finished quilt sometime but that's not required. If you miss a meeting, send your block(s) with someone else so you still have a chance to win. The instructions will be posted on the website each month. You may participate occasionally or regularly with as many or as few blocks as you wish.

Because we're such a small group, we want the participants to volunteer to provide the block instructions and color scheme for a month. This would be a chance to try that great block you've been wanting to make. So take the challenge of stepping outside your comfort zone. You'll have fun and maybe even learn something new.
